Hi,

I am requesting this CI system to be disabled. It is still posting noise 
even after responding saying it was disabled.

Hi Ramy,

Thanks for offering your helping hand and it is pleasure interacting with 
you (We had an interaction long back at the initial CI days, in-fact we 
are using your os-ext-testing repo).

Sorry for the noise created. We have disabled CI and actively working on 
restoring it back.

Request your kind help on this (I will ping you for further help). We will 
try the best and get it ready by / in next week.

There’s no need to create noise on every cinder patch:
