[Cinder.glusterfs.ci] [Third-party-announce] Hitach HBSD Cinder CI's Are Not Registered

Hi Mike,

We had a power failure this weekend and the CI (hitachi-hbsd-ci, hds-hnas-ci)
stopped working. We managed to get it working yesterday in the end of the
day. It's working [1,2,3,4] with some instability, and we are working on to
make it stable again.
The other job (hitachi-hbsd2-ci) is stopped, as there was a change in an
external PIP repo that broke our driver. We  have fixed[5] this and are
waiting it to be merged to run this CI again.
