[Cinder.glusterfs.ci] [Third-party-announce] [neutron] unit test reorg may cause breakage

tl;dr; Please be advised that the Neutron unit test tree is undergoing reorganization, 
and if you depend on any of the test modules being renamed or restructured, you will 
need to update your unit tests to avoid breakage.

We’re in the process of landing a number of patches intended to reorganize 
the neutron unit test tree:

This effort was intended to land as close to RC as possible to avoid conflicting with
in-flight patches and minimize the pain of backporting fixes.
