Feature: 
Create trash directory only when the feature is enabled

Reason: 
Previously trash directory(generally ".trashcan") used to be created when a volume is started even if feature is disabled. And the users are not permitted to remove it from mount point as well.

Result: 
Now the trash directory will be created only if it is enabled and users are allowed to remove the directory if the feature is disabled.
