Feature: 
Create trash directory only the feature is enabled

Reason: 
Previously trash directory(generally ".trashcan") will be created when a volume is started even if feature is disabled. And the users are not permitted to remove it from mount point as well

Result: 
Now the trash directory will be created only if it enabled and user are able to remove the directory if the feature is disabled
