Description of problem:

commit bb4343fb1a66cf20b6ee8ef3937cd3852d5082c2 was merged without a BZ and was
overlooked for backport to 4.0 before GA.

Currently only SuSE Tumbleweed won't build without this. As other leading edge
Linux replace glibc rpc with libtirpc this will become more and more a
necessity.
