No, you have

 systemctl status glusterfsd
● glusterfsd.service - GlusterFS brick processes (stopping only)
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/glusterfsd.service


It is valid bug, because , as you just admitted , there is no way to stop
gluster services using systemd.
