Cause: It was not possible to configure more than 7712 quota limits, due to a bug in the way quota.conf file is read and written.
Consequence: It was not possible to have more than 7712 limits configured for a volume.
Fix: Operations on the quota.conf file is done in a way that more limits can be configured.
Result: More than 65000 limits can be configured on a single volume.
