Feature: A new option 'other-eager-lock' has been created.

Reason: Eager-locking is generally needed to provide good performance for file accesses, however directory access might suffer when enabled in some use cases. With this new option we can keep eager-locking enabled for regular files but disabled for directory accesses.

Result: Use cases where directories are accessed from multiple clients can benefit from disabling eager-locking for directories without losing performance on file accesses.
