Progress so far:
* Latest code doesn't dump mem-pools. So, memory pools are not accounted in
statedump and we don't know how much memory they are occupying
* Problem is reproducible in multiple setups. In perf testing setup we saw
glusterd too consuming around 8+ GB of memory. It had 2012 transports
associated with it. 1000 transports could be accounted to 1000 clients that
have connection open for volfile fetching. Other 1000+ transports are still
unaccounted and need to confirm whether its leak or valid objects
I am experimenting in my own setup for further clues.
