Description of problem:

As all option is now supported for volname in gluster volume get command, the
same needs to be included in gluster volume get help as well. New usage should
be:

# gluster v get         
Usage: volume get <VOLNAME|all> <key|all>

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
