Description of problem:

There is a regression in large file performance on v4 mounts in the latest rc1
build.

On old dev26 build :

Seq Writes : 1134809.49 kB/s
Seq Reads : 2108506.63 kB/s
Rand Reads : 387541.02 kB/s
Rand Writes :102197.38 kB/s

On latest rc1 build :


Seq Writes : 919088.23
Seq Reads : 1994310.89
Rand Reads : 468509.52
Rand Writes : 58167.93

Rand Writes are the most severely affected(by almost 50%).

There should be no regressions.If there is ,it should be within 10%.
