Description of problem:

dht_selfheal_layout_maximize_overlap does not consider brick sizes while
calculating overlaps. This causes incorrect range assignments if the brick
sizes are very different.

The dht_selfheal_layout_maximize_overlap needs to be modified to consider brick
sizes as well.
