I assume afr stores (changelog) metadata on parent directories during entry
operations (like mkdir, rmdir, renamedir). So, a dataset consisting purely of
directories is not sufficient to prove that the issue is with DHT in a
distributed-replicate setup. We have three classes of issues here (barring
issues due to stale metadata caching):

1. Issues that are purely due to distribute. This can be easily tested with a
setup having pure replicate (without dht in xlator graph).

2. Issues that are purely due to replicate. This too can be easily tested with
a setup having plain distribute.

3. Issues due to interaction with dht and replicate. If tests 1 and 2 above
doesn't produce any issues, but same test with distributed-replicate fails,
then they might be due to interaction b/w dht and replicate.
