Please provide some further details:

 - What version are you using on the client, what version on the server?
 - client-side logs from /var/log/glusterfs/ for the mountpoint
 - server-side logs from /var/log/glusterfs/ for glusterd and affected bricks
 - output of "gluster volume info"
 - Did you try to disable the firewall and SELinux to rule out issues with
that?
