All these files should have been listed in dht_readdirp as they exist in the
hashed subvol.

Can you please provide the following info:
The brick logs for this volume - they should be in /var/log/glusterfs/bricks on
the 3 nodes that make up this volume.
For any directory which still has this problem - a network capture on the
client
 while listing a directory that has this problem and the brick logs after this
operation.
