This crash is not seen with latest builds. Moreover, the steps followed earlier
are incorrect, possibly due to lack of documentation. SSL was successfully set
up and IO was run. No undesired behavior is seen.

Build used to set up SSL to verify this defect - (glusterfs-3.7.1-14 on
RHEL7.1)
