Description of problem:
with gluster 3.7.4 installed and nfs-ganesha rpms of
nfs-ganesha-2.2.0-9.el7rhgs.x86_64, the HA setup is not done properly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
glusterfs-3.7.4-2.el7.x86_64
nfs-ganesha-2.2.0-9.el7rhgs.x86_64

How reproducible:
got this issue in first attempt

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install gluster-3.7.4 rpms
2. install nfs-ganesha-2.2.0-9
3. setup the gluster cluster
4. bring the up shared volume using the command,
gluster volume set all cluster.enable-shared-storage enable
5. do the pre-requisites for nfs-ganesha HA setup
6. execute gluster nfs-ganesha enable

Actual results:

Expected results:
The virtual IP is not assigned as expected.
