Thanks for the info. I tried to reproduce with the following packages
recreating your Samba-CTDB-GlusterFS setup on two Ubuntu 15.04 VMs with
https://launchpad.net/~monotek/+archive/ubuntu/samba-vfs-glusterfs-3.7 enabled
and I couldn't see any coredumps from smbd. If possible, can you please upload
one of the coredump file?
