In the 3.1 release we ran fallowing and worked fine and marking this bug as
verified 

1. Bitrot signer is validated on FUSE,nfs and SMB
2. Bitrot Scrubber is validated on FUSE,nfs and SMB
3. Bitrot is qualified on different volume types (Distribute,Replica,Distribute
Replica and EC)
4. Bitrot is qualified with different data sets
Fallowing are the important open bugs

1. Recovery of corrupted file may fail (1238171)
2. Some times files are not signed by bitrot signer (1245165)
3. There is scrubber status command is not supported in this release
