I'm using the Gluster 3.5.5 Ubuntu 14.04 packages from the Launchpad Repo @
https://launchpad.net/~gluster/+archive/ubuntu/glusterfs-3.5
On a lot of my clients i see fuse-bridge.c error messages:

Nevertheless everything seems to work as it should.
