Cause: 
Directory renames are NOT captured in changelog, as dict key is NOT set. BUT, this should be done only in case of files. 

Consequence: 
Directory renames are not captured in changelog.

Fix: 
Check whether the file type is "directory", if so, carry out changelogging the rename entry as usual.  

Result: 
Directory renames are properly captured in changelog and eventually able to sync the renamed directories to slave.
