    build: fix gitclean target

    $ make gitclean   # deleting unexpected 'Makefile' files
    ...

    $ git status
    ...

      deleted:    extras/FreeBSD/Makefile
      deleted:    extras/command-completion/Makefile
      deleted:    extras/test/ld-preload-test/Makefile

    ...

    This change fix to ignore above built-in makefiles while executing
    'gitclean' target
