Description of problem:  While running the functional tests on gluster v 3.5.4
and 3.7.2, test_setxattr and test_fsetxattr fail.


Steps to Reproduce:

tox -e functest

Actual results:

AssertionError: OSError not raised


Expected results:

It should pass the test
