Verified with build: glusterfs-3.7.1-7.el6rhs.x86_64

gluster system:: execute mountbroker user geoaccount <slave-vol> appends the
volume to the list and do not replace the existing volume from glusterd.vol

gluster system:: execute mountbroker volumedel geoaccount <slavevol> removes
the volume from the list of glusterd.vol.

Moving the bug to verified state.
