Feature:
The query command will list files without the requirement of creating and maintaining a session in glusterfind. This feature will also turn on volume options to capture changelogs.

Reason:
Some applications like Backup & Recovery maintain session information outside glusterfind and require that glusterfind use a UNIX Epoch time to base the file listing from. The query command uses a --since-time argument to start file listing which match or have modification time later than the --since-time.

Result:
An output file argument is required and used to dump the list of files into.
