The dependent bug 1278798 has been moved to assigned state (failed_QA) with the
latest glusterfs-3.7.5-10 build in which it was supposed to be fixed.

Since this bug depends on the fixing and closure of bug 1278798, Hence keeping
it as ON_QA.
