retested on  glusterfs-3.7.5-7





It works in below scenario
=========================
 on fuse client:
1)I created some files
2)attached tier
3)now created more file(on hot tier directly by default)
4)now accessed legacy files to promote them
5)they got promoted
6)now waited for demotion
7)once demoted i was able to delete legacy files.
8)Also i tried to delete a file which was being demoted and that too passed

NOte: File during promotion fails to unlink due to issue  1276227
as we have a bug there, hence moving to verified as i am able to delete legacy
files
