Cause: 
The glusterd is bind to specific-IP address.

Consequence: 
Glusterfsd fails to get the volfile since IP is hard-coded to localhost from the client(like quota).

Fix: 
using rpc_transport_unix_options_build, The glusterfsd is now enabled to get the volfile with unix domain socket.


Result: 
Glusterfsd can fetch volfile with unix volfile-server-transport type. even when glusterd is bind to a specific IP
