Disperse volume could not mount when features.read-only on.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create disperse volume.
2.Set features.read-only on
3.NFS mount

Actual results:
mount.nfs: mount system call failed

Expected results:
mount succeed.
