Description of problem:
The version in glusterfs-api.pc has moved backwards, breaking existing
versioned dependencies in QEMU.

3.7.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rebuild QEMU
2. notice missing dependencies, support for gluster:// storage will be missing
