[automated-testing] Moving down to peer :)

Hello folks,

I'm stepping down as peer of the glusto-project today. I believe that Vijay
and Akarsha are in a good place to lead the direction of the project going
forward. I'll still be around as a peer, but I'll be returning back to
focus more on test execution and the build pipeline than doing day-to-day
maintenance.

Congratulations Akarsha and Vijay on becoming full maintainers.
