As part of the output of setup-openshift-heketi-<wbr>storage, we setup a<br>
Service and Endpoints for GlusterFS. As I understand it, are these<br>
needed by the volume plugin for GlusterFS? If so, can they be created<br>
outside of the setup-openshift-heketi-storage function, e.g. as<br>
separate "kubectl create" calls prior to the heketi deployment?<br>
