The sad thing is that these systems were installed about a year ago
but we installed 3.8 because that is what is running on an older
production system.<br>
At the time thoughts of upgrades were put on the back burner because
the risk of upgrading a working system into a non-working system
were considered worse than just getting along with what we had
running.<br>
