This was because 3.13 was EOLd when 4.0 released, and hence this guide<br>
for 4.1 does not capture the release number 3.13 in its initial note.<br>
<br>
The procedure to upgrade from 3.13 to 4.1 is the same as for other<br>
version, hence the same guide can be used to achieve the upgrade.<br>
