<p>Looks like 3.8.0 contains the CLI to convert replica 2 to
arbiter: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://review.gluster.org/14502">http://review.gluster.org/14502</a><br>
Increasing replica count doesn't trigger rebalance. Self-heal
daemon will automatically sync the metadata to the arbiter brick
after you add it.<br>
