[Gluster-infra] Centos-Regression voting issues

Hello,

Niels pointed out that there were some issues with Centos-regression not voting
yesterday. As part of the Jenkins authorization clean up[1], I had accidentally
deleted the known hosts file for the jenkins user. This caused the SSH command
to not work and therefore no votes.

I've fixed it up and fixed all the review requests where Jenkins should have
voted with a +1. If I missed any, let me know and I'll manually add a +1
CentOS-regression to review request.
