[Gluster-infra] Ding dong, salt is no longer used

Hi,

so I finally migrated all servers to be managed by ssh instead of the
salt bus, and I am now soon moving the server (salt-master) out of
rackspace to the cage, to a server called ant-queen.gluster.org, which
is a VM running on myrmicinae.

For now, deployment are still triggered out of salt-master, but I plan
to move git repo and ssh keys, etc soon to be able to drop that server.

This will permit to have the server a bit more secured (ie, not exposed
directly on the internet, etc), and I hope also work on having the ssh
key on a fake smartcard to store it more securely (this part of the plan
is still a bit handwavy, as I keep finding holes in it)

This should have 0 impacts on anyone but me and Nigel, and I will fix
docs once the migration is done.
