[Gluster-infra] Suggestion to move the building of dev-RPMs to the standard Jenkins slaves

I've added the label "glusterfs-devrpms" to slave2*.cloud.gluster.org in
Jenkins. This seems to start the building of RPMs again (they were
accumulating in the queue).

I guess http://build.gluster.org/computer/gfs-rackspace-f20-1/ can be
removed too now?
