[Gluster-infra] *.cloud.gluster.org DNS can now be changed via Rackspace UI

Quick FYI.  If you have an account on Rackspace (in the GlusterFS org),
you can now change stuff for *.cloud.gluster.org DNS.

  eg create new [whatever].cloud.gluster.org DNS entries for things,
     update existing ones, etc.

You should be able to create reverse DNS entries on Rackspace VM's now
as well.
