[Gluster-infra] Upgrading MediaWiki now

On a side note, we had PHP enabled for our upload directory
(security vulnerability).
To close that hole, there's now a manually created apache
.conf file:
/etc/httpd/conf.d/mediawiki_upload_security.conf
It turns off PHP for the upload directory.
