[Gluster-infra] Fwd: Developer Center Member Notification

Ignoring the bad formatting (below) due to html->txt conversion, kind of thinking
we should do a similar email out after we have new website certs.

  eg saying we've patched all GlusterFS servers, had certs re-issued, and
reset all build system accounts + forge passwords.

That's not overkill is it?
(it'd take some effort to figure out the bits too probably, eg expiring all
forge passwords)
