Thanks Humble! I've added a little more details on how the triaging is 
helping us, and included some links to predefined Bugzilla searches.  
There also is a paragraph about some of the Keywords now, specially the 
Triaged and EasyFix are two that we should pay attention to. Please read 
through it and make any corrections, additions when you can.
